Do you teach manual or automatic?
We currently offer automatic driving lessons only. Automatic cars are easier to learn in, especially for beginners — no clutch, no gear changes, just focus on the road!
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off from home, work, or college?
Yes, we offer flexible pick-up and drop-off from home, work, college, or another agreed location as long as it’s within our coverage area.
What are the prerequisites for learning to drive?
By law, you must be at least 17 years old and hold a valid provisional driving licence before starting your lessons.
Are your instructors DVSA-approved and qualified?
Yes, all our instructors are DVSA-approved, fully qualified, and experienced in helping learners become safe and confident drivers.
Do you teach nervous or first-time drivers?
Absolutely. We specialise in working with nervous, anxious, or first-time learners, providing a calm, patient, and supportive environment from day one.
What will I do on my first driving lesson?
Your instructor will pick you up and begin with a safety briefing, cockpit drill, and an introduction to the basic controls. If you're ready, you'll even start driving on quiet roads.
Can I start driving lessons before passing my theory test?
Yes! You don’t need to pass your theory test before starting practical driving lessons — in fact, learning both side by side can be very effective.
How many lessons will I need?
It varies from person to person. The national average is around 40–50 hours of professional tuition, but some people need more or less depending on experience and confidence.
What about an intensive course?
We offer intensive courses designed to help you pass in a shorter time. These are tailored to your ability and schedule, often combining multiple lessons per week.
Are intensive courses any good?
Yes, for the right learner. If you're motivated, available, and can absorb information quickly, they can be a great way to pass fast.
Do you charge for cancellations?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made after this time may be charged in full.
How long should a lesson last?
Our standard lessons are 1 hour, but we also offer 1.5 or 2-hour lessons depending on your preference and goals.
Do you do Pass Plus?
Yes, we offer the Pass Plus course to help new drivers gain experience on motorways, in bad weather, and more — which can also help reduce insurance costs.
Can I take a driving test without a theory test certificate?
No. You must pass the theory test and have a valid theory certificate before you can book or take your practical test.
Can I choose a time slot as per my convenience?
We try our best to accommodate your preferred times. Lesson slots are subject to availability, so early booking is recommended.
If I know how to drive a car and wish to hone my skills, do you have a course for me?
Absolutely. We offer refresher lessons for experienced drivers looking to boost confidence, improve specific skills, or adapt to UK roads.
